The Parrina DOC, located in Tuscany, is a small area in the northeastern foothills of Orbetello, in the province of Grosseto. It also includes part of the territory of the town of Orbertello.

The climate of this region is continental-Mediterranean. Average temperatures are usually around 14°C, while winters are cool and summers are hot. The average annual rainfall in the region is 800 ml. and rainfall is especially concentrated in autumn and winter.

The soil in this region has a predominantly clay loam texture with an alkaline pH and shallow depth. On the other hand, the region's geography is characterized by the predominance of low hills.
