Federdoc

Federdoc is the National Confederation of Voluntary Consortia for the Protection of Italian Wine Appellations. Founded in 1979, Federdoc's mission is to help each of the Italian consortia in different legal, institutional and legislative aspects, as well as to support them in the promotion of each of the regions (and their producers). Federdoc not only supports Italian DOCs, but Italian wine at all levels, including DOCGs and IGTs, making it one of the key players in the development and promotion of Italian viticulture.
